By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my Terms Of Service

Thank you for your interest, please keep this information in mind while commissioning me!

- General Information -

In your message, form or email, please let me know the following, if applicable:

► If the piece is intended as a gift or should be held as a surprise until a certain time.

► If you require completion before a certain date. I may accept rush work but there will be an additional fee, so please let me know what you need.

Upon paying me for a commission, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:

► You are at least 18 years old.

► You have read My Terms of Service fully and completely and agree to every section of this document.

► All owners of characters in commissions have agreed to the commission purchased.

► You understand that you are paying for the time of labor that I, as the artist, put in, not the actual artwork itself.

All Commissions are to be paid in full up front. The piece will NOT be worked on until payment is sent! No exceptions!

Please keep in mind that invoices MUST be paid within 48 hours (unless spoken about otherwise) or your slot will be reissued.

If it's not listed here, feel free to ask me about it.

The following are things I enjoy and am comfortable drawing:

► Anthropomorphic, furry, and feral characters

► Most vertebrate animals

► Toony characters

► Slender, curvy and fat bodies

► Taurs and multiple body parts

► Most kinks & fetishes

I will not draw the following:

► Underage characters in sexual situations

► Vehicles

► Complex armor

► Mechs

- Things to Know -

References:

Please include references of the characters to be used if possible. I can work from text descriptions, but may require an extra fee.

Editing:

Edits within reason, or through fault of my own will be done for free. Extensive edits otherwise will be done for a fee. DO NOT, under any circumstances, edit the picture yourself!! PLEASE contact me about edits if you need them!! Regarding wing-it style commissions, edits will only be made if I missed something on your character, not to the poses themselves.

Uploading:

You have every right to upload the piece of artwork I make for you AS LONG as you give credit to me in the description.

Private Commissions:

I will ALWAYS upload my work. If you would not like your name listed in the description that is completely fine as long as you tell me before hand. As an artist, I reserve the right to upload all of my art UNLESS the fee of 15% has been paid to keep it off all of my galleries. Under no circumstances will I remove art from my gallery if the privacy fee hasn’t been paid. Art is my advertisement, please respect this.

Payment Options:

I ONLY accept paypal as a payment option.

Refunds:

Money can only be returned based on how much work I have finished on your commission and only after two months after your commission has been paid for. If I have not started on it, I will return to you the full price of the piece.

Time Limit:

I normally do not have a time limit of when things will be done. Sketches will usually be done within 1-3 weeks with color pieces taking longer depending on complexity.

Rush Jobs:

I do charge a fee considering how quickly you need your piece to be completed, which varies. However, never heckle me into finishing your piece quickly. This could result in a refund and a spot on my blacklist.

I retain copyright to every work of art I produce. This includes the right to reproduce works to sell as prints and similar merchandise.

Viewing a sketch / edits to a piece:

The only time edits can be made is in the sketch stage. If you really wish to change something after the sketching stage you must pay a $5+ fee depending on the edit.

If I screw up on your picture when you told me what you wanted and I’m at fault, I will fix it within reason! If you want edits additional to whatever I screwed up on then refer to the prices above!
